Just wipe it down with a damp cloth, or use a mild cleanser if needed — for a hygienic practice every time. For a deep clean, you can even wash it in the machine at up to 30°C (no detergent, no spin cycle, and do not tumble dry). We recommend a washing machine with at least 7 kg capacity. Please note: If you tend to sweat heavily, the grip of the mat's surface may be reduced by moisture. In that case, our GRIP Towel is a great solution — it absorbs sweat and ensures steady traction throughout your practice.
